We only raise a few babies a year. Occasionally we have babies for sale to approved homes only.
Our babies are socialized in our home for yours. They are raised around other birds and animals. Since we work full time the babies go to work with Denise for hand feedings and more socialization. They get used to the car ride to work early on and adapt quite well. If you are interested in one of our babies feel free to email us for availability dndaviary@aol.com

Our eclectus are set up in an indoor bird room, cage free.  The babies below are Sophie and Joels very first clutch hatched Jan. 2009. Two girls :)

        

It is very important in our opinion to allow babies to fledge, for their self confidence and well being. If clipping is necessary it should only be done once the baby has learned to fly well and land safely. Clipping should be done correctly. An improper clip can cause unnecessay injury and is cruel in our opinion.

      
 

 

Our babies are syringe / finger fed. They are abundance weaned. We provide a varitey of foods for them to sample and play with very early on. They soon learn it is for eating and obtain very healthy eating habits.

              

 
Shower Time :)  The babies usually get used to the shower prior to going home and simply love it!
